brand refresh / logo design

FLORESTA.

With their first birthday around the corner and a new website in development, FLORESTA were looking to give their logo a little spruce. We cast a holistic eye over FLORESTA, exploring their content, values and ethos (all of which we love!) Super-productive meetings and a mutual appreciation for what FLORESTA is all about, made this a seamless project that made the tight deadline!

We updated their branding and gave them a fresh colour palette, for a bold, editorial look that goes hand-in-hand with the amazing creatives featured in their digital mag.

This was so much fun to work on, and a great example of how changing and adapting a few elements and looking at your branding in a different light can bring about some beaut new freshness.

Everything
is cyclical.

FLORESTA places itself at the intersection of art, design, and the environment. Because of their strong ethos of impactful art, we drew inspiration from the cyclical in nature. Think seasons, life-cycles, and sustainability - but with a geometric edge.

We spent time experimenting and manipulating their existing logo, keeping the editorial aesthetic intact. We think the end result contrasts bladdy beautifully with their art/nature focus.

For the palette, we rummaged through nature’s box of crayons, completing this whole bomb mini-rebrand. With a brand system that is current, easily applied in a multitude of different ways, we couldn't be happier with it!
